Project Description

Regina will present to attorneys that want to improve their ADR skills.  The difference between good attorneys and great ones is that the latter go beyond just honing in their legal skills and are open to exploring the integration of other disciplines into their practice in order to better serve their clients.  Understanding the brain, including brain chemistry and how cognitive bias informs decision making is a critical skill for attorneys, especially in family law.  It is important to recognize the difference between flexible and inflexible thinking, and learn techniques to overcome inflexible thinking by breaking down the ladder of inference.
